The Music Business Program Coordinator is responsible for programmatic external engagement and outreach, marketing and communications, operational management, event planning and coordination, financial oversight and compliance, and administrative leadership support. This position requires strong organization and attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, ability to work effectively with executives and diverse stakeholders.

This role reports to the Assistant Director of Music Business with a dotted line reporting to the Director of Music Business and will be essential to enable the program leadership to focus on college-wide priorities and strategic initiatives by successfully executing the program’s operational needs.

This position is a full-time special 12-month position with an initial end date of May 15, 2025, and may be renewable contingent upon available funding, continued business needs, and satisfactory performance in the role.

The successful candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States by the proposed start date; the College of Business will not provide visa sponsorship for this position now nor in the future.
